Call the HP Response center to report your problem, or search the electronic support database for information on your problem and info on whether a patch for it is available (or perhaps a workaround). A great self-support option is to run the 'patchman' script (written by Mark Bixby). This script will connect to HP's patch site automatically, check the list of available patches there, and present you the option of downloading them automatically. Those you download are ready to be processed by Patch/iX and installed if applicable.
