---+ How to Subscribe to the HP3000-L Mailing List

If you have access to Usenet news (NetNews) you can simply read articles in the newsgroup comp.sys..hp.mpe. If your news system does not carry this newsgroup, or you do not have access to Usenet, you can join the Listserv list HP3000-L by sending a mail message to: 

listserv@raven.utc.edu 

with a single line (preferably no signature lines): 

subscribe hp3000-l Your Full Name 

Listserv will send you a subscription confirmation "soon" depending on the mail propagation delays associated with your origin. If you do not receive notification within a reasonable time, you can contact a "human" for assistance by mailing to owner-hp3000-l@raven.utc.edu or contacting the owner, Jeff Kell (jeff-kell@utc.edu). Once subscribed, remember to send postings/replies to hp3000-l@raven.utc.edu, and list requests such as signoffs and index commands to listserv@raven.utc.edu. 

To unsubscribe from the list, send to the same address as above, with the single line: 

unsub HP3000-L 

(don't need your name - it looks at your return e-mail address.) You'll be removed from the list. 

Some special options for controlling your subscription:

First choice is the default. Only one of each option is allowed. QUERY will show what options are currently in effect.
