A JCW called VSETNEXTCENTURY can be set to enable handling of dates beyond 2000. 

1) To enable handling of dates with a 4 digit year component, set bit 15 of this JCW to 1. (bits are numbered from 0 to 15) 

2) To change the interpretation of the 2 digit year, set bit 14 of the JCW to 1. 

All unused bits of the JCW should be set to 0. 

**OS release where these enhancements will be available is not yet known.
